At Decca Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our legendary recordings and merchandise. If you are not happy with your order, you may return items in their original, sealed condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and CDs are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
